Who is Innerworld Publishing and how are they connected to RomanceWORKS?
RomanceWORKS is a division of Innerworld Publishing. Innerworld publishes Fine Art Prints, ArtCards, 3D Products, Music, and E-Books. Innerworld also handles all transactions and processes all orders for RomanceWORKS. That’s why you will see Innerworld Publishing in the E-store as well as on your credit card receipt.

Who creates the Mixed Medium artwork for purchase?
All of the artwork is created by Carol Cavalaris and/or Cavalaris & Heart. Carol Cavalaris and LJ Heart were an award-winning husband and wife creative team for over 30 years. LJ unexpectedly passed away two years ago and Carol has continued on with the art. Though she has an extensive background in oil painting, Carol has fallen in love with the exciting possibilities of digital painting.

How is the Mixed Medium artwork created?
Each mixed medium painting begins with a hi-res photograph, which is brought into a graphics program and the magic begins. Using Photoshop and a graphics tablet, the computer screen becomes Carol’s canvas, where she spends countless hours creating each painting. Fur, feathers, hair, and every part of the animal is hand-painted in great detail. Backgrounds are added and painted to compliment the animal. Once a painting is finished it can be output in virtually any size and printed on Fine Art paper on matte, watercolor, gloss, as well as canvas. Printed on fine art high quality paper with archival inks, the paintings ca look like an original watercolor, or an oil painting, when printed on canvas.

Can I order a larger size print?
Yes, custom sizes are available upon special request, depending on the artwork selected. We also offer matting in designer colors and artwork printed on canvas. Please contact us via phone at 303-582-9072, or email us : mail@romanceworks.com to discuss your needs.

How close will my art print be to the image I see on my computer monitor?
Though our prints are very close to the vibrance you see on your monitor, we understand exact color matching is impossible on different computers and settings. As a result, the colors in the printed artwork may vary slightly from what you see on your computer monitor. To date all our customers have been delighted with the rich, vibrant colors and detail of the prints that really can’t be seen on the low resolution small computer screen.

Can I return my purchase?
Absolutely. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You may return your purchase for any reason, for a complete refund or an exchange. Just send it to us within 30 days of your purchase, in its original condition, and we will refund or exchange it for you. Please see Order Info/ Shipping & Returns for more details.

How long does it take to get my order?
Fine Art Prints, matted prints, and ArtCards selected from galleries are sent out within one week of the date of your order. If you request custom sizes, printing, and matting, your order may take up to two weeks.

Can I get my order sooner?
Yes, overnight and rush orders are available upon special request.

How do I order the artwork?
It’s simple to make your selections as you browse the galleries. Beneath each image in the gallery you will find the order selections, sizes, pricing, and order information.
Most images are available in various size prints and matted prints, and ArtCards. Some images are also available in an ArtCard Series Pack, as well as Specialty Items.

How do I protect my artwork?
RomanceWORKS takes great care to ensure the highest quality of our products. All our Fine Art Prints are printed on archival quality paper with archival inks with an estimated life of 100 years or longer. Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Please remember that artwork of any kind, prints and originals, must be kept away from direct sunlight. Sunlight will quickly bleach out even the very finest oil paintings and high quality prints. To protect the quality and vibrancy of your art, do not expose it to the direct rays of the sun.

Why are some products on RomanceWORKS purchased on other sites?
RomanceWORKS handles Art Prints, ArtCards, Custom Art, and Licensed ClipArt and Stock Photography, which are all purchasable from our secure Innerworld E-Store.

For your complete satisfaction, we have selected the largest, most reputable companies on the web to handle our 3D Digital Products and Specialty Products. These E-stores provide professional transactions and total security.

3D Products are purchased at our RomanceWORKS store that is located on Renderosity.com. where they are set up for this type of electronic download purchase. Renderosity is the largest marketplace for digital products on the internet and your satisfaction is100% guaranteed.

Specialty Products such as calendars, mugs, t-shirts, etc., are handled by our RomanceWORKS store located on CafePress.com. CafePress is one of the largest marketplaces for specialty products on the internet and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Can I request a custom painting?
Absolutely. Carol really enjoys creating custom artwork, especially of animals. Please see the Custom Art-Special Pets for more details.

My photo of my dog isn’t very good. Can you still work with it?
Carol can work with most photos, though the higher resolution the better. The quickest way to find out is to email your photo to Carol at carolcavalaris@romanceworks.com..

How long does it take for a custom painting of my pet?
Because each painting is unique and highly detailed, it usually takes Carol from two to three weeks to complete an original painting. Once the painting is completed, Carol will email a web version for you to view, before the original painting is mailed to you.

Is my credit card payment secure?
Yes! We use the most secure encryption technology available, through Aurhorize.net. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as e-checks through our on-line store.

What if I don't want to pay online?
There are several alternative ways to order our products. To use regular mail, just use the shopping cart as usual. At the bottom of the cart, choose the payment option "pay with check or money order" from the drop down box. Your order will be shown in a printable format; just fill in your personal information (name, shipping address, etc.), print out your order and mail it in with a check or money order. Our mailing address is on the order form and also at the bottom of this page for your convenience.

What about my personal information?
